Contacting Customer Support

Users can choose to contact the PostalOne! team either by sending feedback directly or by contacting customer support.

To contact assistance:

  1. Go to the Business Customer Gateway on usps.com.

  2. For specialized support, on the Gateway page under Customer Support:

    Another window opens and displays the selected page.

  3. For PostalOne! support, log on.

  4. Click a PostalOne! link, such as Balance & Fees or Electronic Data Exchange.

  5. At the top or bottom of any PostalOne! page, click Customer Care. Another window opens and displays the contact information for the Customer Care Center.

  6. Use the contact information to e-mail, call, or write the Customer Care Center.
